Every event is a gamble. As a promoter I must go forward fully preparing for the success of the event expending capital and promising more on the hopes that enough dancers will register to make the whole thing possible.

Our dance world has numerous events happening almost simultaneously. There are always many to choose from. In order to add a small measure of sanity to the act of preparing and promoting an event I have formulated these registration guidelines:

Each event has a REGISTRATION DEADLINE. This is the date by which your registration must be received to guarantee your place at the event. This deposit is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the promoter.

Each event has a PAYMENT DEADLINE. Payment in full must be made by this date in order for you to attend the event.

If enough registratons to merit the event taking place are not received by the REGISTRATION DEADLINE the promoter may cancel the event and return the deposits.

If you are planning on attending an event, REGISTER for it. There is no other way that we can make the appropriate plans than by receiving the deposit money as a promise that there will be enough dancers to sustain the event.

That’s it. Now go register!
